Samlink allows the HVAC Service Assistant to be used with Field Diagnostics SAMobile HVAC Management software. The service technician may analyze and document an air conditioning machine using Field Diagnostics patented algorithms to solve common problems and optimize system performance. The user can see in near-real-time the effects of adjustments made to the HVAC machine. This provides the service technician with a unique opportunity to “dial in” the HVAC machine to achieve optimum performance and is a primary advantage using of the HVAC Service Assistant as opposed to manual data entry.
Requires a Field Diagnostics HVAC Service Assistant (part #10011) with sensors and Cable for iOS (part #25021) for operation.
